♪ My History with the Piano ♪

Do you have any experience with playing some instruments? I have experiences of playing the tuba and the piano. I played the tuba when I was a junior high school student and a high school student. However, my experience of playing the piano is longer than it. The piano is precious for me. In this essay, I am going to tell you about my history with the piano.

I started to learn the piano when I was 5 years old. My boy classmate made me start to learn the piano. On day when I went to the nursery school, he played “I stepped on a cat.” in the classroom. In this tune, he crossed his both hands to play. This scene was so cool and impressive. I had a longing for playing the piano after that. I started to learn the piano soon later. This is the story why I started to learn the piano.

The most serious event was a music festival when I was junior high school student. My classmates recommended me for an accompanist. I was anxiety about playing the piano in front of many people, but I decided to do it. The difficulty of an accompanist was adapting to the chorus. When I have my piano recital, I can play my pace. However, when I play the piano with chorus, I had to watch the conductor, and listen to the chorus. It was my first experience. On the day of the music festival, my both hands trembled with tension. My friends said kind words to me. Because of the words, I enjoyed our class stage. My class got the gold prize. It was wonderful and memorable time.

My last performance on this stage.
My last piano recital was the best stage for me. It was 3 years ago, I was 17 years old. I played music by Chopin. The tune was so quick tempo because it represents running cats. It was difficult for me, but I liked it. I practice the tune everyday for perfect stage. I had had piano recital every summer for years, but I had not played perfectly. It was my last chance to play perfectly. On the day of the recital, I was very nervous just before the my turn. However, I relaxed and enjoyed when I started to play the tune. I was satisfied with the last performance. My piano recital was satisfied, perfect, and wonderful.

The piano is precious for me. My only specialty is to play the piano. I want to continue my specialty. In the future, I want to play again in front of many people.

My Life with My Bicycle

How do you know about around TIU, Kasumigaseki? I live by myself in Kasumigaseki, so I am familiar with this neighborhood. I am going to introduce about Kasumigaseki.

Before I tell you about Kasumigaseki, I am going to introduce my partner! My partner is my bicycle. The body is black, and the seat is brown. When I go out to Kasumigaseki, I always ride on it. Needless to say, I always ride on it when I go to TIU. It is kind for me. However, its bell has been broken by strong wind. I have to repair it.

First, I tell you about my park time job. I work at the Matsuya in Kasumigaseki. You know, it is in front of Kasumigaseki station. You can eat beef bowls, some bowl dishes, set dishes and so on. I started this part time job when I was a freshman in the fall. When I started it, I often made mistakes. I have thought many times that I give up. However, I continue to do that part time job. These days, I can cook every dishes. I enjoy doing my park time job.

Second, I tell you about the supermarket I always go. When I want to buy something, especially some ingredients, I always go to the Ecos in Kasumigaseki. It is located the west of TIU on the Kasumi north street. It only takes 5 minutes to walk from TIU to the supermarket. I recommend a bakery, which is in the supermarket. I sometimes buy some bread rolls for my lunch at there. They are delicious. I want you to tell a special information about the bakery. If you go to there in the evening, you could buy three bread rolls for 250 yen. They are very cheap, and what is more, they are delicious, too. I would like you to eat the bakery’s bread rolls.

Kasumigaseki is the comfortable town to live. I enjoy everyday living in Kasumigaseki. There is not only TIU but also some interesting shops. If you have free time, please take a walk in Kasumigaseki. I think you will find some new discoveries around TIU.

The placement office

The placement office at TIU is on the first floor of building 2. Although I always pass in front of there, I have never been to there. I will start to do job hunting from this year, so I am going to collect the information about getting job. As a result, I hope that the information will be helpful for you. In this article, I will reach about what can we do at the placement office, what type of industry did the language communication seniors get job, and how much is the rate of employment in japan.

1.What can we do at the placement office?

First, when we go to the placement office, we see a lot of papers in front of entrance. First of all, it is important to get them. They are guides of an explanatory meeting, guide books of job hunting, guides of a qualifying examination and so on. We can get them freely. Even if we only read these papers, we can get a lot of information and be interested in job hunting. Then we enter the placement office, we find some staffs working on the disk. They help us whatever. When we have any questions, asking to them is best way. We can also find a lot of job offer lists and books about job hunting. If you read them, you would get more detailed and specialized informations.

2.What type of industry did the language communication seniors get job?

They got many types of job. We can find that a service industry is the largest percent in this paragraph. What is a service industry? It gives us things that don’t have shapes, for example, they are haircutting, amusement, hotel, communication, broadcasting and so on. A education industry is 8 percent. This is the largest number among other departments. The language communication is strong in education. I think it is a necessary consequence because there is a education course about English at the language communication.

3. How much is the rate of employment in japan?
I have had a question while I wrote the above sentences. How many Japanese university  students did get a job? According to the Ministry of education, the rate of employment about  Japanese university students that they graduated this spring  is 80.5 percent. This percentage exceeded last year’ percentage. However, undecided students about job are more than 79,000. It’s amazing number.

I found we can do many things at the placement office. For example, we can get free papers that are written about job hunting, ask any questions to staffs. In addition, we can research detailed information such as what type of industry did the language communication seniors get job.If you cannot get more detailed information at placement office, researching by using Internet is good way because I researched how much is the rate of employment is japan .I think what we should do before you start to job hunting is getting information about it at the placement office first, then researching more detailed information by using Internet. If you carry out these steps, you will start to job hunting smoothly.
